Candidate Screening

  • We conduct telephone interviews as well as a personal interview with our candidates.

  • We screen candidates for skill level and experience, this includes testing when appropriate.

  • We conduct in-depth reference checks regarding our candidates’ job history and performance from previous employers and supervisors.

  • We evaluate our candidates based not only on their skills but on their personality and presentation as well.

Negotiation

  • Liaison between employer and candidate including arranging interview schedule

  • No direct contact of employer by the candidate

  • No rejection letters sent out by employer

  • Liaison during salary negations; pre-qualifying upcoming offers, etc.

Guarantees

  • Follow up on the candidate’s performance during the first critical 90 days

  • Thirty day unconditional guarantee on placement

  • Ninety day prorated guarantee from the date of hire
