Bruce Zelony

Since 1993, my personal commitment to the quality of service we provide to our clients and candidates has successfully propelled us into the new millennium. As business owner and active participant, I bring experience from both sides of the desk. I know the value of hiring excellent employees. As a recruiter, I know how tough the job can be.

My career began after graduating from college and entering the job market as an Accountant, then a Teacher, and at times a Waiter, a Bartender and yes, even a Temp! I finally settled into the niche I find expanding before me. I really enjoy finding the right people for the right companies. 

Despite the fact that I have lived in California for over 15 years now, I still have an undeniable New Yorker edge. I am, without a doubt, a perfectionist, discerning, difficult to please and somewhat impatient. These may not be the best qualities if you try to date me, but when you choose me as your recruiter, you can be sure you are working with a professional who will not settle for anything less than the best.

John Zee

John has had over 20 years of experience managing people, numbers, investments and recruiting top candidates for client companies.  He graduated with honors from the University of Texas at Austin with a degree in accounting.  His previous work experience has included auditing Fortune 500 companies such as Exxon, Shell Oil, and IBM for PriceWaterhouse Coopers, and managing investments for high net worth clients at Bear Stearns.

His tenacity, patience, analytical abilities, and people skills have served him well in the field of recruiting.  "My job is to balance the interests of both the candidate and the company so that it is a win-win for both candidate and company.  I feel that is the key to successful placements."
